Amaya 9.0-pre: No scrollbar

A "long" XML-document does not get a scrollbar and a title tab initially. 
These appear if you e.g. page down.

Tested with Amaya 9.0-pre, Windows XP SP2 and 
<URL:"http://www.bruzelius.info/Nautica/Shipbuilding/Bouguer(1754).xml">.
