Spell Checker

The asterisk should be added to the default ignore words containing list.
Underscores should act as spaces or be added to the default ignore words
with characters list.  Equal signs should have the same behavior.

Option to ignore words within TT, CODE, ACRONYM, and ABBR elements would
significantly reduce false hits.

Recommend adding:
arabic/Arabic
Hebrew
