Broken Links in manual

I searched the manual for broken links and came up with the following:
The entire attaching_annotations directory appears to be missing.  Can
anybody else confirm this.  The links are listed in the annotatations.html
page.  None of them work and I can't find any files that it might supposed
to point to.
