I have tried with 

	<IpAddressOfProxy>
	<IpAddressOfProxy>:<PortNo>
	http://<IpAddressOfProxy>:<PortNo>
	http://<IpAddressOfProxy>

combinations, I think that doesn't leave any room.

Can you tell us what parameters you used for your proxy?

You should have specified:

	proxy-name:port
