Tested further and if not in edit mode it will switch to edit. But if in edit mode it will not switch to nonedit. That is it will not toggle --- a big clue is that the command it executes is SETbrowsereditor Perhaps this can be redesigned to ToggleBrowserEditor and revamp the called function!!!
