An error on compiling Amaya 4.0 (Windows paltform)

Hi,

I downloaded Amaya 4.0 source codes for Windows platform. In compiling
Amaya.dsw, I see that one of the amaya project i.e.
annotlib.dsp(annotlib.mak) does not exist. How can I find this project file
or how can I make it?
