Amaya terminated upon double-clicking a form button.
The particular event was probably due to incorrect HTML,
but it would be nice if Amaya could handle it
without terminating completely (closing all its windows).
(Note that, from the messages, the termination seems to
originate in the Thot system; is this a confirmation of
my previous intuition that Thot was unreliable?)
