Request for app and other precompilers on Windows NT

Hi Ramzi ,

I have modified EDITOR.A file to generate new set of menus but cannot
generate new EDITORAPP.c
file , need  "app" and other pre-compilers .
Can you please send me binaries for Windows NT Platform or I can ftp
from any web site .

Can you please help.
