The problem is not with the form, but with the table that contains
the textarea in a cell and the buttons in another cell.  You may have
noticed that Amaya is a bit weak at table formatting: it does not
always compute column width in the right way.  We are working on that
issue.  The next release should include an improved algorithm for table
formatting.  Until then, you can help the formatter in setting cell width
expicitly with a width attribute.
