Create web page using Amaya 11.3 ver from Alma Hunt on 2010-01-19 (www-amaya-doc@w3.org from January 2010)

Folks, all I have done is created different pages for different chapters, do
not know if the TOC should be created in a different page. If so, how should
I link the TOC. And lastly, have no idea how to create a book as the manual
is not helpful.
