[Announce] Amaya 11.3-pre1 snapshot

A snapshot Amaya 11.3-pre1 is now available.
The release 11.3 will be available end November or early December.

Major changes since the previous snapshot concern:
 o A new set of Amaya profiles
 o The "Insert entity" now works on HTML documents
 o On Mac OSX, the ^ dead key behaved like if "enter" was pressed
 o The table of contents was not generated when the selection is not
empty
 o An improvement of the CSS rendering
