The shortcut for the <q> element is not working. If I press alt t, alt q. The types menu opens and then a "q" is typed. I believe this bug probably applies to all Win 32 versions, however mine is Amaya 5.3 for NT/2000. I am running on a Windows XP Home Edition system.
