libwww finally compiled

I finally have libwww and zlib compiled.  I am still working on the 
rest.  If interested, I can upload the *.dev files which are the Dev-Cpp 
equivalents of *.dsp for those projects.  If you are interested, libwww 
compiled after I add -lzlib to the linker commands.
