Announcement of project ThotBook

I suppose people on this list can be interested in knowing that we
just created a project at freesoftware.fsf.org
(aka. savannah.gnu.org), for the a DocBook editor based on ThotLib.

I've started to expose the current plans on the mailing list, you can
get this from the archive.  I'd like to have some feedback from
ThotLib experts, especially on the points where we mention possible
features to add to ThotLib.
