New CSS file won't save

Amaya Version:
5.3 for NT/2000

System Description:
Windows XP
AMD Athlon XP 1700+
512 MB RAM
60 GB HD

Bug Description:
Amaya won't save newly created CSS files.

Replication Directions:
1. Open Amaya.
2. Click File > New > New CSS style sheet..
3. Type anything.
4. Click File > Save As..
5. Click confirm.
