further on www.icab.de/test.html

While viewing this document online I pressed the downarrow 
key, expecting a single line scroll ........ but view scrolled
 rapidly to bottom of screen.  
But when i repeated the action with an offline copy, the scroll
worked correctly .... very strange condition.....
