The latest version of the MathML spec has been published yesterday
as a Candidate Recommendation:

   http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML2/

The entities are described in chapter 6 and you'll find a complete
list of entities at:

   http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML2/byalpha.html
