<TD colspan=0> only spans one column

In my version of Amaya (and in Netscape 4.7, haven't checked others)
<TD colspan=0> only fills column 1 of a two-column table. <td colspan=2>
works, however.

I read about the colspec=0 in the HTML 4.0 specification, and I must say
that I was surprised that Amaya does it wrong!
