Removing the Print Dialog

The dialog that happens when you click Print, the one with four choices, how
would I remove that dialog and set PrintURL as default?  I narrowed it to
PrintDocument but couldn't find any other clues.  I would like the PrintAs
function to map directly to the Windows print dialog.
