section on AAPI differences - action-1569/issue-540

I’ve created branch “issue-540” in github and taken a first stab at a new section on notable/tricky differences between the APIs.

You can review the draft section at: http://rawgit.com/w3c/aria/issue-540/core-aam/core-aam.html#comparing-accessibility-apis

I believe that Joanmarie kindly offered to at least consider adding something about use of object attributes? Although, I note that this is addressed already in section 5.3 Exposing attributes that do not directly map to accessibility API properties.

Any other notable differences between the APIs that would fit in this section?

While the two differences currently addressed apply to the APIs themselves and not their use with specific languages or user agents, I think that other interesting differences specific to a language or user agent should be located in the specification to which they directly apply. For example, Firefox's use of a string in the VARIANT returned by get_accRole in MSAA should stay in the HTML-AAM spec.
