Dirk: Thanks for the updated information. It looks good for being able to use MathJax for your documentation. In terms of hosting a local copy of MathJax, you might want to consider the advice at https://github.com/mathjax/MathJax/wiki/Shrinking-MathJax-for-%22local%22-installation for reducing the size of the MathJax installation. In particular, the image fonts probably aren't needed, and they are the biggest part of MathJax.
