Our AAPI-TF has successfully rescheduled its regular meeting time to 11:00 Boston Time (15:00Z) on Tuesdays. This now clears the opportunity for our HTML Caucus to move to that same hour on Fridays. We have previously discussed the need for this in the HTML Caucus. Mainly, it's to enable your PF Chair and Staff Contact to participate in the Hypertext Coordination Group (HC G) which meets Fridays at 10:00 Boston Time. This is an important coordination effort and we need to be engaged in that W3C cross-group meeting on behalf of WAI. We will vote on this change during this weeks' Wednesday PF call. If there are any issues with changing the time of the HTML Caucus, please make them known during the call Wednesday--or reply to all on this message. This now also opens the opportunity for our ARIA team to consider rescheduling their weekly call as well.
