Keyboard Shortcuts

Control + Alt + Tab Rotates forward through the landmarks.
Shift + Control + Alt + Tab reverses the rotation.
Note: The group felt that implementation of this would best be left to
the browser and not the web page developer

Comment:

1) Proposal not (yet) implemented in example
2) Regarding the Note: And in the meantime?  In addition, I think this
is an usability service to support this via keyboard also when running
in older browsers.
