If anyone is using JAWS 8 and 9 with Windows XPSP3 and IE6, and is having trouble accessing the Action 54 document [1], please use the Wiki copy [2]. It has been reported that particular configuration may be tripped up by abbr and title. Many thanks to David Poehlman for reporting this. Everyone's comments are vital for us to improve the draft.
