Updated Accordion Keynav Spec

Hi;

I fixed a mistake and addressed [hopefully) some confusing text 
from. I was trying to get a correct graphic drawing of what I 
specified from, I'll update if it comes tonight. It's still ready 
for comment and discusion. Talk to you tomorrow.
