aloha, all!

an attempt to reopen dialog on improving the header relationship algorithm
was begun today on the HTML working group's emailing list, public-html

it is a very interesting read and a serious attempt to address the problem
from a purely technical (not ideological) point of view, and is very highly
recommened reading for all concerned with the future direction of HTML

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little
temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
