We have started building a draft site for  LD Web (designing content for people with  Learning Disabilities)

This is all a cross between a draft and a proof of concept, so it is a great time to comment on the general direction.

Also please let me know if you want to  make any more  concrete suggestions, participate, or get updates as this project develops.  Comments are always welcome.
