Hello, in the "Techniques for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
1.0" document (http://www.w3.org/TR/WAI-WEBCONTENT-TECHS/), the link
for downloading of the portable document format actually points to the
postscript download.  The pdf still exists, but one must enter the URL
manually.
