Hello there.

 I found an error in the document
http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/WAI-WEBCONTENT-TECHS-19990505, "Techniques
for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 - W3C NOTE 5-May-1999"

 At the top there is a link to a pdf version of the document. But
unfortunately the link will take me to the post script document, not
the pdf version.
