There is an erroneous link in http://www.w3.org/TR/WAI-WEBCONTENT-TECHS/
on line 39:

should have been:

          <a href="wai-pageauth-tech.pdf">pdf</a>,

I guess it is the old copy/paste error that has stuck again :-)
