design issue

Hi,
There appears to be a design issue related to the left navigation bar when clicking on Web Content link (WCAG WG).
The URL of the effected page is: http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/

Attached is a screen shot of the problem. The browser I'm using is IE7.
