On the WAI search page http://www.w3.org/WAI/search.php where it says 
"as explained in "About WAI"" the link under "About WAI" goes to 
http://www.w3.org/WAI/about (a forbidden page) instead of 
http://www.w3.org/WAI/about-links.html
