This problem of yours is extremely unlikely to be anything to do with
this site. 

 

The most likely problem is that your computer is infected by a "Malware"
program which is generating pop-ups from inside your computer and giving
them false flags. W3 is a very well know safe environment, and so a
likely candidate.

 

A good place to start solving this problem is at the Microsoft computer
