WAI Web site. Links broken

Hi,
I have visited the WAI Web site, and all the links at the end of the
"WAI Meetings History" section, on
http://www.w3.org/WAI/events.html#history are broken.
They are pointing to a local directory
file:///c|/documents%20and%20settings/slh/local%20settings/temporary%20i
nternet%20files/content.ie5/yvtjlay8/references/
which is of course not accessible to Internet visitors.
