Page is full of constantly blinking images. There is no way to stop the blinking. The blinking and especially the frequency of the blinking could trigger a siezure. Screen flickers within the range of 2 Hz to 55 Hz can cause people with siezure disorders such as epilepsy to have a siezure.
Both the CSS and the HTML fail validation.

Additional subjective comments from the reporter:
