Thanks for reaching out. The list of evaluation tools is not maintained by W3C. We do check submissions to ensure that they fall within certain criteria but all submissions are made by tool vendors. If you do bump into a Figma plug-in it would be great if you could reach out to the creator and suggest they add it to the list.
