WCAG-EM = Trusted Tester ACRT?

Hello. I recently discovered your WCAG-EM tool and would like to know if it
maps directly to the same testing criteria as the ACRT that is recommended
by DHS' Trusted Tester program.
I recently got my DHS TT cert (I'm new to auditing), and I like the WCAG-EM
Tool, but I want to be sure that if I use it, I'm getting an "official"
result that will be supported by government agencies when it comes time to
declare a site as conformant.
