Good day, Our insurance company ATENA told me about you on their web site. So here we are: I have a question about CPAP Machines for the seeing impaired. They can be hooked up to a computer/phone connection to collect information. Would they be considered a technology device? My husband and myself have very limited- blind vision and arthritis. They insist on sending us machines we have difficulty seeing and using. I am trying to give them Rules and information. Please me. Have a beautiful day.
