Re: ATAG brief - review and suggestions

Hi Michele, Daniel, and all,

Michele, where we need input the most right now is the no-code tools brief.

---

I took a pass at minor revisions to the LMS brief based on input from Friday's EOWG meeting and Michele's edits on the social media draft.

I also added an issue to use the new design with the minimal header and the Page Contents on the right[1], which would increase text above the fold quite a bit. I left "Summary" heading for now for consistency and also comfort for those latched on to G86 [1].

It will be interesting how we end up wanting the education, social media, and no-code tools briefs to be different from each other.

EOWG previously agreed to the approach of the LMS brief, based on expertise in LMS worlds (Brent, Kris Anne, Jade, Howard, others?). For example, many people in that field are aware of accessibility. Yet many are focused on the tool creating accessible content, and not even thinking about the tool itself being accessible. Considerations such as those were the rationales behind several of the decisions we made the last few meetings, such as the wording in the summary. (It would be nice if we aren't compelled to spend much more time and energy revising the LMS one, as least until after December. :-)

Nonetheless, in case folks are working over the weekend here's the Social Media one which includes comments both for that subject as well the more general layout.
