Inconsistency in page structure example and docs

Hi!

Me and my colleaques were discussing footer structure and whether to use or not use H2 as a ‘footer’ heading.

I noticed that the code example differs from the recommendation where it is linked.

In code example (https://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/page-structure/example/) footer looks like this, and uses footer tag, not a heading.

  <footer>
    <p>© SpaceTeddy Inc.</p>
  </footer>

But in the related docs (https://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/page-structure/headings/) , it is suggested to look like this:

H2 FOOTER
H3 About the company
H3 Our retail stores
