Translations of Accessibility Standards

Can you help?

I am currently working on a project to increase access to Higher Education for Students in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan . Representatives of these countries have asked about access to accessibility standards and teaching materials in either Russian or the local language (Kazakh, Tajik or Uzbek) or for information on materials that they are allowed to translate. I can find the Russian Authorized Translation of WCAG 2.0 but I wondered if you knew of any other suitable materials.
