Accessibility Tools and technology

I hope everyone is doing well. First I would like to appreciate all the
work done by the team.

I am Sunita, currently working as Senior Lead  at "Opteamix".
As I am new to the Accessibility field, doing research and going through
articles present in your website. Need some information related to below
topic:

   - Any Accessibility evaluation tool which can give at least 80% of
   coverage on accessibility issues with respect to A, AA and AAA conformance
   level.
   - What is the mandated assistive tool which is required for a website.
   For an example Screen reader.
   - Any Accessibility Course by the government which I can provide to my
   team members to get certified.
   - Information on VPAT how to assess the product and what we do after we
   are ready with VPAT. Where we have to upload it.

Any info is appreciated on the above points.
Any article already present with the information will be of great help if
you can give the link.
