Captions/Subtitles terminology -- Re: WAI Curricula: Slight modification in the minutes

Daniel brought this up in EO Planning meeting today and I encouraged using the terminology and wording that we settled on for the main media resource, and maybe explicitly pointing to the explanation section:
* Page title is:
 Captions/Subtitles -- in https://www.w3.org/WAI/media/av/ and https://www.w3.org/WAI/media/av/captions/

* on first reference:
 captions (also called “subtitles”) -- in list on https://www.w3.org/WAI/media/av/\
