Dear Shermaine,

There is not an official body that needs to validate conformance to WCAG before you use the logo.

You can choose to have a third-party evaluate your site before you use the logo. There are companies that do evaluation. If you would like input on finding or selecting a company, you may send questions to our WAI Interest Group (IG) public Discussion List, which has several hundred subscribers, including accessibility companies.

Important: *Please ask that people reply to you off-list* (that is, not to reply to the whole list but only to you individually) so that specific company information is not discussed on the list.
