Fwd: Accessibility issue with the ARIA implementation report.

I tried to resolve the issue below by sending an email to a different email
address (as directed by the W3C Twitter account), but I was informed by a

I noticed while look at the ARIA implementation report (link below) that
the tables in the page have a few issues:

- the table uses colour only to convey information, breaking WCAG 1.4.1.
- the table doesn't have a proper aria-label or caption, breaking WCAG
1.3.1.

Where can I submit a bug report for this?
