[en] Easy Checks – A First Review of Web Accessibility

Good morning!

First of all, thanks for all the work you do.
Now to my question: I’m in a constant education battle about keeping all links in the same window, unless necessary. The practice of opening many links in new windows is so widespread on the web that it is hard to convince developers, clients and co-workers about this topic.

Do you have an easy reference material for helping with my education efforts? Or is this changing with WCAG 3.0? This is the reference I have been using, but I find it sometimes too technical for my target audience:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/older-users/developing/#popups

https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Techniques/html/H83

Thanks for your attention, and please keep up your good work!
