Re: empty table headers

Thanks, I've been going back and forth between doing this or not… you've convinced me it just makes sense to have an “Edit” header instead of a blank one. I have also ensured that last column does not show up in the HTML export.


Re: scope attributes in table

Agreed, have added scope attributes to the headers and turned the SCs into row-scoped headers, too, as per your suggestion.
