Hello,
Is it possible to present timed Braille subtitles with videos in the
same manner as regular subtitles? Say there's a deaf or very hard of
hearing person with limited vision who can follow the action in a movie
but can't read the subtitles. Is there a way for them to use a Braille
device to access subtitles? Would the subtitle file have to be prepared
with Braille font?
Curious.
