Hi Shadi,

Consistency of style was my though for the gauge. My ongoing love of consistent brand

I think making it not look like a basketball would be a plus. Not wedded to my suggestion, it was just another thought for the mix.

I had similar thought with pros and cons:
- Keeping same: we had/have difficulty getting it right in Video 4, so
safer to reuse visual that already kind of works (people can live with)
- Separating: in Video 4 the gauge stands for "conformance" and here in
Video 5 for "motivation", so it may actually be clearer to be different

I'm leaning towards "keeping same" because I doubt anyone will notice
the subtle difference in the audio but welcome your input (I'm aware of
your ED-low rating of this issue but still curious in your opinion).

I can't imagine that working well in the particular illustrative style
we are using for these videos but I'm not a graphical person. Are you
confident this would work well? Or maybe make world less b-ball'ish?
