Sorry for this late answer, it was a complicated week for me and I could not provide comments before.

Here are my comments:

Question 1: Title

Is the right title "Authoring Tools with Accessibility Support" as indicated in the link (https://wai-authoring-tools.netlify.com/authoring-tools/) or is "Authoring Tools that support Accessibility" as in the questionnaire?

To me it seems that in both cases Accessibility is implemented as an afterthought instead of an integral part of the design and development process of the Authoring Tool.

It seems that the resource has been conceived for existing Authoring Tools and maybe it would be helpful to have this resource as a guide for helping new developers and content providers to integrate accessibility in the design and development processes.

Question 2:

Instead of Provides text alternatives for icons, video etc
Maybe:
Provides text and non-text alternative content for icons and time-based media etc.
Time-based media includes audio and video and is aligned with ATAG terminology.

Maybe include the link to the related criterion so users can consult what is referred to.

Question 3:

Seems reasonable to me if the features are detailed properly.
